What products does Dental Gear sell?

Can I buy from Dental Gear if I am not a dentist?

Absolutely. While Dental Gear is built around the needs of dental professionals, many of our products serve a much wider community. Our magnifying glasses and binocular loupes are widely used by jewellers, watchmakers, surgeons, veterinarians, and anyone who works with fine detail. Our dental lab dust collectors and professional lighting are popular in nail salons, beauty labs, craft studios, and other laboratory environments where clean air and precise lighting matter. How long does shipping take?

Customers in the United States and United Kingdom typically receive their orders within 5 to 10 business days. For all other countries worldwide, please allow 7 to 14 business days. In rare cases where customs processing is involved, delivery may take a little longer. We always recommend reaching out to us if your order feels delayed and we will investigate immediately.

Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?

The vast majority of our products clear customs without any issues in most countries. However, in certain countries where customs regulations apply, any duties or import taxes charged are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure about your country's import rules, we are happy to advise before you place your order.

What is your refund and return policy?

We stand behind every product we sell. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, we will make it right immediately. You can choose between a replacement or store credit. Please note that refunds are issued in the form of store credit, not cash or card reversals, except in the case of cancellations before dispatch which are refunded 100% to your original payment card.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on sale items or high value items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incomplete. All refund and replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window unfortunately cannot be processed.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it anytime and we will refund 100% of your payment back to the same card you used to place the order. No deductions, no store credit, no delays.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery  with clear photos of the damaged or defective item and the packaging. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or store credit as quickly as possible. We take full responsibility for anything that leaves our warehouse in less than perfect condition.

What if my order is incomplete or missing items?

If something is missing from your order, contact us within 30 days at info@dentalgear.co with your order number and details of what is missing. We will investigate and resolve it for you promptly.

Do you offer refunds on sale items?

Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for refunds or returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incomplete. If that happens we will take full responsibility and offer a replacement or store credit straight away.

What does the 1 year warranty cover?

Every product at Dental Gear comes with a full 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. If your product develops a fault, stops working, or does not perform as it should at any point within that year, we will send you a brand new replacement at no cost to you. No repairs, no lengthy back and forth, just a new product straight to your door. We stand behind everything we sell.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also visit our Order Tracking page on the website anytime to follow your delivery in real time.

Do you offer exchanges?

We offer replacements on items that arrive damaged, defective, or incomplete. If your product is not in the condition it should be, get in touch within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement without any hassle.
